Nadia Feld
Writer, evidence and movement
Nadia Feld writes the evidence side of A Better Posture: what a trial measured, what it did not, and what that leaves you with at 3pm when your upper back aches. She is not a clinician and does not write as one. Her job is to read the paper rather than the press release, quote the actual number, and name the limitation the abstract skipped.
That means most of what she writes is about the size of an effect rather than its existence. A brace that significantly reduces trapezius activity over a 30-minute typing task in thirty healthy students is a real finding and a narrow one, and a guide that reports the first half without the second is the reason people buy things that do not help them. Where the literature is thin she says it is thin. Anything that belongs to a clinician gets sent to a clinician.
No product on this site has been physically tested by its writer, and no guide says otherwise. Picks come from specification sheets, warranty terms, published trials and owner reports at volume. Nothing here is medical advice.
