A Better Posture covers one narrow thing: the gear people buy when their neck, upper back or lower back hurts from sitting at a desk. Correctors, standing desks, chairs, lumbar cushions, monitor arms, and the free habits that usually matter more than any of it.

Why it exists

Search “best posture corrector” and you get pages of identical listicles. Same five products, same borrowed spec sheets, no evidence anyone opened a box. This site is the opposite bet: fewer products, more honesty about which ones have actually been worn, and a plain label on every single pick so you never have to guess.

The labels

Every product carries one of two labels. Tested at my desk means it was bought or borrowed, used through normal working days for at least two weeks, measured and photographed. Researched, not yet tested means the recommendation comes from specs, published measurements, warranty terms and owner reports, and nothing else. Most picks start in the second bucket and move to the first over time. Nothing gets a testing label it has not earned.

What this site will not do

• Invent testing that did not happen, or stage a photo to imply it did.
• Publish a star score of its own invention. Ratings shown are the retailer's, labelled as such.
• Give medical advice. Posture gear is not a treatment, and this is not a clinic.
• Recommend a product because it pays better. Commission never changes the order of the picks.

How it is written

Research and drafting are assisted by software, then checked, cut and rewritten by a person before anything publishes. An automated gate blocks any draft that uses first-hand testing language for a product that has not been tested. That gate is the reason the labels can be trusted.
